I love to have a big cup of chai in the morning with my Idli and Sambar. I tried your recipe and at first when I was grinding the spices, the aroma was so magical and I thought that the outcome is going to be superb but when I finished the whole thing and got my first sip, I felt that the thing which was alarming me during the entire process, was just right and that was the overdosed peppercorn.
Hello, please ignore my post from earlier today. What if I want to use fresh ginger? This masala stays good for a pretty long time. Love you. After many attempts at using whole spices, nothing gets the flavor into the milk like powder.
